And we have reached the last appointment of this first Grand Tour. Our journey takes us close to home, to discover a unique territory rich in tradition: the Lessinia Regional Park.

Our companion and exceptional chef will be Giovanni Caltagirone, who has always been a lover and lover of Lessinia. He will bring to the kitchen of King Theodoric all his experience and love for the Brogna sheep, a native sheep breed of the Veronese mountains.

A four-handed dinner, designed together with our Resident Chef Ferruccio Girelli Consolaro, which wants to enhance the beauty and depth of a territory that is part of our city, but which we sometimes forget.
