Chasing a dream sometimes requires great sacrifices: leaving all security, a permanent job, a known path. It takes courage, seasoned with a good dose of recklessness. But, more than anything, it takes passion to make it.

We have decided to dedicate three evenings to those who have made their dream come true and have dedicated their lives to this irrepressible passion. Our kitchen will create special menus using the products of friends who have left a safe haven to cultivate their dream.
