Our journey to discover the territory and the flavors it has to offer us continues. This time we are not going very far from home, but the journey will be intense and full of emotions.

We will find ourselves suspended between Monte Baldo, the queen mountain among the Veronese peaks, and our beloved Lake Garda.

Alongside our Resident Chef Ferruccio Girelli Consolaro there will be a unique character: Isidoro Consolini.

Thanks to his proverbial artistic vein, this journey will make us discover new flavors of a territory that we think we know but that still has many new nuances to tell us.
