How to Get There
All roads lead to King Theodoric.
To reach us you can choose to walk from the center of Verona, go up with the Castel S. Pietro funicular or directly by car.
Choose the route that suits you best. We are waiting for you!
By car
To reach us by car you can use the Navigator which is usually very accurate.
Through Via S. Felice, a beautiful road that crosses the Torricelle, you will reach Via Castel S. Pietro (along which you can park for free).
Once you reach the Piazzale del Castello, just walk down the steps and you will find the entrance to King Theodoric just after the tree-lined avenue.
on foot
Wherever you may be in the city,
the pedestrian access point to reach us is located near Ponte Pietra.
Follow the signs to get to the bridge and make sure you are outside the bend of the Adige river.
There you will see a staircase that runs alongside the Roman Theater and leads straight to Castel S. Pietro. Just before reaching the summit, you will find the entrance to King Theodoric on your left.

Always starting from the part outside the historic center of Ponte Pietra, take Via S. Stefano which is on the left just after the pedestrian traffic light.
After a few meters you will find the funicular that leads to the upper part of the Piazzale di Castel S. Pietro. In a few steps you can reach us by going down the stairs.
